Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.


  • We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $250.
  • Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to ship internationally.
  • We ship via UPS.

Local Delivery:

  • We offer complimentary hand delivery within the North Shore area. 
  • Please note, our hand delivery service applies only to the following locations: Winnetka, Kenilworth, Wilmette, Northfield, Glencoe, Evanston, Highland Park and Lake Forest.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • It is our intention to provide best-in-class customer service. While we hope that you enjoy your order, we understand that some items may not meet your expectations. 
  • Returns and exchanges can be initiated within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • We can only accept merchandise in new, unworn and unwashed condition with the original tags attached in original packaging.
  • All jewelry is final sale.
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. 
  • Final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
  • It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card.

How to Return an Order:

  • We are able to accept returns or exchanges either in-store or online. 
  • To initiate a return or exchange online, please complete the following steps. 
    • Login to our online portal using your email address and order ID
    • Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order 
    • A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you via email
